Hotel Totem Guadalajara exceeded my expectations with its prime location in the vibrant Centro district of Guadalajara. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at the 24, hour front desk, who offered exceptional concierge service throughout our stay. Our air, conditioned room was not only comfortable but also well, equipped with modern amenities, including a safety deposit box and a flat, screen TV. the private bathroom with a shower was pristine, and the overall cleanliness of the room was commendable. the hotel's close proximity to popular points of interest, such as the Guadalajara Cathedral and the Cabanas Cultural Institute, made exploring the city a breeze. Being within walking distance of Plaza Universidad was a definite plus for those looking to enjoy the local shopping scene. While the hotel is budget, friendly, it is evident that the management takes great care in maintaining the property. the recent installation of a plastic cage to hold the air conditioner remote, although inconvenient, did not overshadow the positives of our stay. Hotel Totem Guadalajara offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Guadalajara, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the city's rich culture and attractions. I highly recommend this establishment for its excellent service, clean rooms, and unbeatable location.
